It was a packed house once again for the annual Carol Night (December 4) performances by the College’s choral and instrumental groups. Who could ask for a better venue than the soaring Rotunda and picturesque Bishop’s Stairs to stage this evening of seasonal music that’s sacred while rousing, jolly while touching.
Every seat was taken on the Rotunda floor, with additional faculty, staff, alumni, students, proud parents, and other guests lining three floors above --- all producing a visual delight to match the glorious sounds coming from the Chestnut Hill College Hill Singers, Chamber Ensemble, String Ensemble, Flute Ensemble, Gospel Choir, and Jazz Combo.
